Our Restaurant proposes a selection of dishes which enhance the typical flavours of the territory, products and the art of Mediterranean cooking. The ingredients, always fresh and of a high quality, are accurately selected from biological cultivation.
First Courses of Pasta - Pasta is always prepared fresh by Rosanna following the traditional method, rolling-pin, love and passion. We propose different types of fresh pasta: tagliolini, tagliatelle, pappardelle and filled as: tortellini, cappellacci, ravioli, agnolotti and even more.
Also desserts from the delicious Zuppa lnglese, Citros Fruit Dessert, Torta all'Artemisia with marsala zabaione (emotional reminder of Grandma's kitchen) and Sachertorte - all homemade. Simple but extraordinary is the apple-tart.
Particularly recommended in season, are the plates cooked with the typical products of our area, as peas of Colognola, asparagus, truffle and beef from the animals bred in the hills of Lessinia.
The menu could endure variations on the basis of the season, market and the availability of the typical products. In the Restaurant there is always available a menu of the day with proposals of new plates, also for vegetarians and celiacs.
